Waterville Valley New Hampshire ski resort is one area that I have not been able to ski in a while. That is only because I try to get everywhere and can't go as often as I used to.

The last time I was there was for a hockey tournament in the Waterville Valley village for my older son's team. His tournament schedule did not allow us any runs at all.

The area is sprinkled with ski condos and the village offers several other options for lodging. I consider this one of the better family areas due to a central base area and the resort is not spread out over several peaks. The long cruisers are perfect if you have several people of different abilities in your group.
