Wachusett Mountain Stats

The Wachusett Mountain stats are the most impressive for any Massachusetts ski area East of the Connecticut River. Many of the Bat State ski areas would be considered backyard ski areas but Wachusett is definitely a ski mountain.

Wachusett has a peak elevation of 2006 feet with a vertical right at 1000 feet. There are about 110 skiable acres of terrain all of which is covered by state of the art snowmaking.

The mountain has all the things you would expect at the larger resorts including a huge ski school program, a very large base lodge which is nice as the area can get quite crowded because of the close proximity to a large population.

There is a ski shop as well as a huge rental shop. The Mountainside Ski and Sports Shop also offers demos for those who want to try before they buy.
