Sugarloaf Maine stats

The Sugarloaf Maine stats are some of the most impressive of all the ski resorts in New England.

2820 feet of vertical. True vertical on one mountain - not the measurement from the base of one mountain to the peak of another a couple miles away.

There are 1400 acres inbounds with 651 of them developed for skiing and riding.

Due to the elevation of the summit (4237 feet) the mountain receives about 200 inches of snow each year and gets to keep alot of it. When it is not enough, the snowmakers can cover 95% of 490 acrs of terrain.

Terrain. Yeah terrain parks. How about three of them one for each level. A Superpipe and minipipe as well as skier and snowboardcrosses.
