One more backyard ski area. Nashoba Valley Ski Area
Nashoba Valley Ski Area is an excellent option if you don't have the time or money to head north and plan on riding or skiing Massachusetts.
The area is on the 495 corrider and very easy to get to from all over Eastern Mass.
I skied here numerous times as a kid and like all the other smaller areas that I went to it definitely helped me become the skier that I am today.
With the busy lives we live it can be hard to plan a whole week or even a weekend ski trip. Places to ski like this Westford area
allow you to squeeze in a day here or there. Here is an idea. Call in sick next time your kids have a snow day. I won't tell your boss you were skiing or riding.
