Mount Southington in Plantsville ConnecticutMount Southington is another Ct ski area that deserves some attention. Like the other ski areas in connecticut, it is not going to scare any expert skiers but again it is a great option to get in some runs when you are pressed for time and money. The are has 14 trails all of which have night skiing and 7 lifts. There are terrain features on one of the runs from top to bottom. Here are the trail map and mountain stats. Lift tickets are sold in increments of 4 or 8 hours plus an evening session. There are other options also for weekdays and groups.
