Directions to Ascutney mountainThe directions to Ascutney Mountain are some of the easiest to follow for all the east coast ski resorts. Here is another mountain minutes off a major highway. If you can find I91 you can find Ascutney ski resort. From points south and west get off 91 at exit 8 and go right at the end of the ramp. Go about 3/10 of a mile to rte 5 and take a left. Follow about 1.2 miles and turn left on Rte 44a for 2.8 miles. Bear left on 44 and Ascutney Mountain is about 2 miles on the left. From the north take exit 9 off of 91 and turn left onto Rte 5. Go about 4 miles and turn right onto Rte 44. Ascutney is about 5.4 miles on the left. People from the Boston area should use the from the north directions. Get door to door directions to Ascutney Mountain from Google Maps. This is another Vermont ski resort easily accessed by Amtrak from along the east coast.
