Bluehills Mountain statsAnyone reading the Bluehills mountain stats can clearly see that it is a backyard ski area and not a vacation destination. It is not a bad hill for locals with a vertical of 309 feet and 60 acres. Trails 9 total 4 blacks, 3 blues and 2 greens Lifts 4 total 1 double 3 surface lifts 50% of the hill is lit up at night and snowmaking can cover 80% of the terrain. There is a terrain park with various features. Lessons are available as well as rentals and there is a cafeteria at the base of the ski hill.
Bluehills is a great place to get in runs close to home and practice up before hitting some of the big mountains up North.
Make sure that you are not only practicing skiing or boarding but are fine tuning your body with other workouts. I do P90X by Beachbody.
